On July 12, Weichai Power held the 10000th WP13 engineoff-line ceremony at its Lanqing production base.

WP13 is a type of Weichai's high output engine featuringhuge reliability, low fuel consumption, safety and eco-friendliness launched in 2015, and it became the first choice of large horsepower HD truck, by virtue of its super power, economic fuel-saving, reliability, comfort and other performance advantages, with sales exceeding 5,000 units in that year; so far it hasbecome the first 13L power product with market sales of more than 10,000 units in China, dominating 53.72% market share of HD truck above 480 horsepower, and keeping No.1 in the industry of large horsepower tractor market.
