In the 67th anniversary of the motherland, cooperation between Weichai Power and Caterpillar (Qingzhou) has come to its 25th year. On September 30, the management team of bothpartiesgathered in Qingzhou, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of bilateral strategic cooperation, and heldahandover ceremony for the 100,000thunit of SEM machinery product equipped with Weichai Power.

Since 1991, the SEM machinery product of 5-Ton loader was equipped with Weichai product for the first time, to blaze a trail for Weichai engine supply in the engineering machinery industry. Over 25 years, deepening from a single product supply to all-round strategic cooperation, Weichai Power coversa wide range of SEM machinery products, such as loaders, bulldozers, road rollers, etc. Until now, SEM Machinery has been equipped with 100,000 units of Weichai engine in total. The top-quality products jointly launchedby both partiesmutually enhanced market competitiveness, and created the greatest value for customers.

The Caterpillar Global Vice President and Caterpillar (Qingzhou) PresidentChen Qihua said in his speech that over 25 years, Weichai and Caterpillar (Qingzhou) continued to expand cooperation, and both parties jointly promoted emission upgrading in the engineering machinery field, with contributions for sustainable development of Chinese engineering machinery industry. According to Chen Qihua, as the development of Chinese economy brings bigger market potential and growingbenefit, Caterpillar (Qingzhou) expects more in-depth bilateral cooperation with Weichai Power, and strives for further business growth.

Amidst warm applauses, President Tan Xuguang and President Chen Qihua jointly unveiled a memorial model for 25 years' bilateral cooperation, and exchanged gifts.
